Chloe has been a Pilates instructor for almost 20 years, having commenced her journey in London before also practicing and instructing in the USA, Australia and Bali. Now in her early 40s, Chloe divides her time equally between Bali and the UK. However do not fear - when Chloe is not in Bali her highly regarded instructors - Michelle and Grant are there to pick up the slack.

In these times of rising costs of living, increasing stress and declining health, Pilates represents a great, low impact way of improving physical and mental health, cardiovascular health, and sleep and recovery.

Numerous studies have shown that those who regularly undertake Pilates encounter significant health benefits and that Pilates can also help slow the ageing process.

Our sessions are conducted in studio for reformer classes whilst we also have the bonus of being able to conduct sessions in some of Bali's most idyllic locations - think beaches, steeped rice terraces, with waterfalls as a backdrop, on the shores of pristine lakes.

We cater to all levels from beginners and those who've never undertaken a Pilates class to those that are at an advanced level - and everything in between. You haven't done Pilates until you've done Pilates in Paradise.
